I asked Larry what he eats in a day. Larry doesn’t believe in counting calories and keeps it pretty simple sticking with real food.
- Meal 1 – Meat, nuts, and berries
- Meal 2– Meat, veggies, and butter
- Meal 3– Meat, veggies, maybe rice or potatoes or sweet potatoes
- Meal 4– Meat, veggies, maybe rice or potatoes or sweet potatoes
“I don’t really count calories, but make sure I eat mostly real organic food. I am a big proponent of sea salt and put it on almost everything. My approach is simple but effective. I remain at about 8% Body Fat year round” – Larry Vinette.
