Ingredients

➡️ wild sockeye salmon, canned from Raincoast, BPA free lining (high in Omega 3 fatty acids)
➡️ butter greens plus baby red butter, organic from (rich in iron and potassium)
@organicgirl
➡️ baby arugula, organic (cancer-fighting, sulfur-rich, antioxidant-rich, liver lovin’ food)
➡️ raw, unpasteurised sauerkraut with carrot and ginger @kartheinsorganic
➡️ carrot ribbons, organic
➡️ pea shoots, organic (high in Vit C)
➡️ parsley (homegrown), chopped (high in Vit C and A, antibacterial, antifungal, natural detoxifier, a heavy metal chelator – helps eliminate heavy metals like mercury and lead and other toxic chemicals from the body…if you like cilantro, go for it too!!!)
➡️ blackberries (high in Vit C and fibre)
