Rohit Thomas started his professional journey at a prominent insurance company, where he progressively assumed diverse roles with increasing responsibilities across locations such as Kitchener/Waterloo, Toronto, and Boston. These roles encompassed areas like Pricing, Valuation, Capital, and Risk Management. In 2012, Rohit transitioned to BMO Insurance. He became the President and CEO of BMO Insurance in 2023. A proud alumnus of the University of Waterloo, Rohit holds prestigious designations as a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries.
